On the other hand there are many excellent methods of encouraging Diversity including:
- Soft quotas
- The Taxation Office should start looking to allow some deductions for makeup, dresses, jewellery …
- Orange and Yellow are the only high visibility colours in the standard - what about fluorescent pink and purple! There are also very few pink and purple hard hats!
- With a bit of Government support in purchasing the correct PPE - this would certainly increase the % of women working in the trades!
